Using Hot Pressure Washers for Industrial Cleaning

Hot water pressure washers are used for the tough cleaning jobs encountered in commercial and industrial cleaning. Such tasks, including heavy duty industrial degreasing and removing oil and grease stains from floors, require a powerful cleaning mechanism.

Daimer® offers advanced cleaning machines, such as the Super Max™ 12800 AST®, which are powerful hot water pressure washers. With a flow rate of 2 GPM and pressure levels that can reach 1000 psi, these machines are able to dissolve greasy deposits and tough stains on the walls and flooring easily and quickly. The tri-mode temperature option is another major feature of the power washers. By allowing cold water, hot water, and steam temperature modes, these pressure washers assist in comprehensive cleaning of surfaces in an industrial setting including stainless steel, concrete, bricks, driveways, and industrial equipment.

There are stationary versions of these power washers available from Daimer® such as the Super Max™ 15700. This model can be heated by propane, oil, or natural gas. They can generate a flow rate of 5 GPM and provide pressure levels that reach 1500 psi.

The regular use of these high power cleaning machines ensures that your commercial establishment remains ready and inviting for clients and other important visitors to the premises. Many are also available with additional features, such as the multi-gun configuration, which is highly effective when you have to clean a larger area quickly. With this attachment, two men can use the same machine simultaneously.
